Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between you and Company LLC, trading as Astro. Your access to and use of our service depends on your acceptance of these terms and of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Eligibility

To use our service and purchase equipment, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.
• Provide information that is accurate, current and complete.
• Will keep your information up to date so your paperwork and delivery details stay correct.

Placing an order

• When you decide to buy, we prepare a bill of sale and an itemized invoice from the details you provide.
• You are responsible for making sure your name, contact details and delivery address are accurate.
• We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot verify your details, if the machine becomes unavailable, or if we suspect fraud.

Pricing and quotes

• Prices and shipping quotes are provided in writing and are valid for the period stated.
• If a price is clearly incorrect, we will contact you before processing your order.
• Transport quotes are based on the information available at the time and may be revised if pickup or delivery details change.

Payment

• Payment is made by secure bank wire transfer using the banking details on your invoice.
• For returning, verified customers, a certified check may also be accepted.
• Sellers are always paid, so both sides of the transaction are protected.
• Funds typically clear within 1 to 2 business days, after which your machine is prepared for pickup or dispatch.
• Please include the payment reference on your invoice so we can match your transfer to your order. We do not store full payment card details.

Buyer protection and returns

Every purchase is backed by our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

• You have 7 calendar days or 50 working hours from delivery, whichever comes first, to inspect and test your machine.
• If it is not as described, we arrange a repair at a partner service center.
• If the issue is not resolved within 72 hours, you receive a full refund with return shipping at no cost to you.
• After this period the sale is final, unless an optional extended warranty was purchased.

Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you have that cannot be waived.

Shipping and delivery

• Where you request transport, we permit, load and deliver your machine fully insured, door to door.
• Delivery generally begins 1 to 2 business days after funds clear and completes within up to 15 business days, depending on distance and route.
• You can follow your shipment in real time from your dashboard.
• Risk passes to you on delivery, when you sign the receipt.

Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

• The website, its content and its features are owned by Company LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Manufacturer and brand names are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
• You may not copy, reproduce or exploit any part of the website without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website. In particular, you will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt its normal operation.
